Job Description

Our client, a dynamic player in the production industry, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting various functions within the production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Fargo, ND

Pay Range: $9.56 - $18.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform general manual labor tasks including sorting, repairing, and disposing of pallets.
• Unload trailers and assist with relabeling cases or pallets.
• Wash trucks and trailers, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance.
• Restack cases or pallets as needed to maintain organization.
• Assist with a variety of additional functions and manual labor tasks as required.

What's Needed?

• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines.
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Experience with manual EPJ is a plus.
• BKG/DG
