Join to apply for the Product Promoter (Flooring) role at MSI Summary Responsible for promoting MSI’s flooring products by visiting customer locations, merchandising products, and conducting product knowledge seminars or training sessions. Work Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 2 Saturday mornings per month. Responsibilities Promote MSI’s flooring products through merchandising at customer locations, including retailers, landscaping yards, builders, architects, and designers. Conduct product knowledge seminars at customer sites. Train customer sales teams on MSI product lines. Maintain customer database and generate sales reports. Attend trade shows, conventions, and seminars. Work with existing customers to retain and grow business. Coordinate promotional materials with customers. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, personable, organized, self-motivated, and proactive. Preferred: 2+ years retail merchandising experience. High level of customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel; familiarity with smartphones and tablets. Willingness to travel up to 80%, including driving MSI vans. Bachelor’s degree or college coursework preferred; high school diploma required. 2+ years of professional experience. Excellent English communication skills.
