The Private Wealth Associate is an “apprentice” role within Private Wealth and can be located within any department (Private Banking, Personal Trust, Investment Management or Wealth Advisors). The role is designed to teach the specific policies and operating procedures within the department (banking, fiduciary administration, investment management, in addition to project management) to the incumbent. Typically, within 24-36 months, the incumbent will transition into a role in one of the departments (i.e., Private Banker, Trust Officer, Investment Manager or Wealth Advisor).
Everyone on the team proudly leans in to mold talent and build an internal bench for the private wealth organization. Team members are celebrated and recognized regularly, and the Private Wealth Associates have a forum to meet with those in other markets and share best practices. Learning from one another is central to your success.
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of study or 3-4 years of experience in finance, accounting or investments or equivalent combination of education and experience.
