Job Summary

Assist with the operation of the Printing and Postal Services unit with a primary focus on the unit's front counter which entails both printing services and the postal operation.

This is a part-time, 30 hour a week position.

Responsibilities
  • Breaking down and processing packages from USPS, UPS DHI, and FEDX
  • Process packages for lookup, Return to Sender, or for forwarding
  • Assign PO Boxes and close PO Boxes for Students and Faculty who withdraw from the University
  • Set up the front counter for daily sales
  • Process daily reports when needed
  • Process name badges for students and faculty
  • Closeout Departmental sales 3 times a month for the budget office
  • Work with students at the front counter when not busy with other tasks

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience
  • One (1) or more years of related work experience

Proposed Salary

$16.15 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
