About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to build and oversee a brand-new Plumbing & HVAC Training Program designed to develop the next generation of skilled trades professionals. This is an opportunity for an experienced tradesperson to step out of the field and into a role where you’ll shape careers, design training systems, and leave a lasting impact on the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a structured training program covering classroom instruction, hands-on practice, and fieldwork.
• Develop and maintain training materials, tools, and curricula that align with company standards.
• Work closely with company leadership to ensure training supports overall business objectives.
• Partner with manufacturers and vendors to provide up-to-date technical training and certifications.
• Mentor apprentices and technicians, guiding their professional growth and leadership potential.
• Track trainee progress, providing feedback and performance assessments.
• Promote safety, quality, and craftsmanship in every aspect of the program.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of plumbing and/or HVAC experience (construction background strongly preferred).
• Prior experience in training, coaching, or team leadership.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions using modern learning tools.
• OSHA 30 and/or “Train the Trainer” certification preferred (not required).
