Vellum Health is redefining mobile healthcare through a specialized team of independent PICC-certified registered nurses (RN) serving patients across skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and in-home care environments. About the Role:
As an Independent Vascular Access RN, youll perform bedside PICC, midline, and ultrasound-guided IV insertions throughout the DallasFort Worth metroplex, including:

• South Dallas (75215)

• Lake Highlands (75238)

• Uptown / Highland Park (75219)

• Plano / Richardson (75075 / 75080)

• McKinney (75069)

• Fort Worth Core (76107 / 76106 / 76134)

• Grand Prairie / Arlington (75052 / 76017)

Key Responsibilities:

• Insert PICC lines, midlines, and ultrasound-guided peripheral IVs

• Perform ECG-based confirmations as needed

• Access and de-access ports

• Perform declotting, dressing changes, and removals

• Complete electronic documentation and communicate with facility staff

• Educate local staff on line maintenance and best practices when appropriate

Youre a Match If You Have:

• Active Texas RN license

• Two or more years of PICC or vascular access experience

• Proficiency with mobile ultrasound

• Confidence working independently in the field

• Comfort with smartphone-based documentation

• Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle

• Current BLS certification

Schedule Options:

• Full-Time: 34 shifts per week

• Part-Time: 2 or more shifts per week

• PRN: Minimum of 4 shifts per month

Youll be dispatched based on availability and local facility needs, with a focus on smart routing and minimal commute times.
