• Current OB/GYNs wRVUs at the 60th percentile of MGMA
• Robotics training preferred, but is not required
• Unassigned call shared among 12 OBGYN's
• Group call coverage will be 1/8
• Level II neonatal intensive care (NICU)
• 24/7 in-house anesthesia service and neonatology coverage
• Clinic is located in the medical office building connected to the hospital
• Newly updated space with state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment
• 2022 start date preferred

Compensation . The Starting Salary is $25,000 To $50,000 more compared to starting salaries in Austin.  Coupled with a cost of living of 15% lower than the aforementioned metropolitan areas, provides significant purchasing power to build their dream home, payoff school loans and retire early.
