Practice Overview

• You'll join a dedicated team with full midlevel support and a collaborative atmosphere.
• Engage in a mix of high-risk and teen pregnancies with scheduled OR time
• Participate in a wide range of GYN surgeries with excellent hospital-based support services
• Shared call structure, 7 days on/7 days off, with potential compensation for ER call

Schedule

• Standard office hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• One full 8-hour OR day or two half days each week
• Efficient clinic flow with a steady patient volume
• Flexible scheduling options to help maintain work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

• Hospital-employed model with a starting salary between $350,000 - $400,000
• RVU-based production incentives and a full benefits package
• Generous PTO, CME allowance, and relocation assistance
• Signing bonus available; details negotiable upon application

Candidate Requirements

• Open to both MD and DO candidates, including residents
• Seeking collaborative and patient-focused individuals
• Comfortable managing a high-volume OB/GYN practice
• Board-eligible or board-certified candidates encouraged to apply
