Russell Tobin's client, a leading music corporation, is hiring Physical Release Operations Coordinator at Beverly Hills, CA (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract/Remote

Pay Rate: $25/hr. – 27/hr. on W2.

Schedule: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm

Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90210 (Mostly remote, might require occasional days in office)

Duration: 6+ months with possible extension or conversion

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collect assets for preorder and new release setups, including artwork, packshots, tracklists, side splits, and sales blurbs.
• Manage new release stock order status and log updates in a central database.
• Oversee catalog reorders for manufacturing and label-supplied PO requests, including asset collection, order placement, coordination with the supply chain, and shipment tracking.
• Handle label product orders by placing requests, coordinating with the supply chain for timely delivery, and monitoring shipment status.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in physical supply chain operations (preferred but not required).
• 1–3 years of experience in the music industry (preferred).
• Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Airtable.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
