Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Phone Representative to join our team. As a Phone Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients, This is a great opportunity for an individual who has strong communication skills.
Duties:- Make outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments and enter in any demographics that are needed to get them registered in the electronic health records
- Assist our Home Sleep Coordinator with anything needed for patients who have home sleep testing done. Calling to schedule will just be one aspect of the position.- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
The candidate should be dependable and dedicated, have an excellent work ethic,
be able to be at work at 6:45 AM, be a team player, get along well with others, and have
an outgoing personality.
