This is the heartbeat of our dealership where all of the customers first contact occurs over the phone. Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers to schedule sales appointments.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customers' needs are met.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
• Positive attitude, team player, and a strong desire to succeed.
