In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Work Location: 4400 37th Ave S., Seattle, WA 98118 Benefits: Full-time or part-time employees working 20+ hours/week are eligible for benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), up to 18 days of Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Job Responsibilities: Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Accurately and promptly enter patient information into the system. Process billing information and collect payments as required. Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain logs of patient and specimen information. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Job Requirements: Valid Washington-issued Phlebotomy License or application filed with Washington Department of Health at the time of hire. Previous experience as a phlebotomist preferred. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record, if applicable. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test. Availability to attend a 2-week training in Seattle, WA.
