Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support one of our attorneys in daily administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage attorney’s schedule, appointments, and calendar
Handle correspondence and phone calls in a professional and confidential manner
Assist with drafting and proofreading documents and emails
Organize and maintain physical and digital files
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
Run errands and manage personal tasks as requested
Act as a liaison between the attorney and clients, staff, and other contacts
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative support role (legal experience a plus)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with technology
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Dependable, professional, and courteous demeanor
