$100.00/hr - $150.00/hr

Job Title: Part-Time Fractional CFO

Location: New York based or open to NY office travel

Commitment: Fractional / Part-Time (Flexible hours, 2x per week)

About The Company

My client is a leading business in the hospitality sector. As they continue to grow, they are seeking experienced leadership support.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit & Financial Preparedness:
• Maintain clean, audit-ready books on a continuous basis
• Oversee day-to-day financial practices
• Develop and reinforce systems that ensure financial visibility and audit success
• Tax & Compliance Oversight:
• Manage timely K-1 distributions and filings
• Ensure taxes are paid accurately and proactively
• Oversee corporate governance details including insurance, LLC agreements, and Articles of Incorporation
• Strategic Financial Execution:
• Guide reinvestment of profits into stock buybacks and manage related cap table adjustments
• Help the team mature their financial operations as capital becomes more available
• Executive & Team Support:
• Act as a strategic partner to President & COO, helping prioritize and manage cross-functional responsibilities
• Serve as a calm and steady presence, offering clear guidance and balanced decision-making
• Bridge communication between leadership and external partners (e.g., tax advisors, attorneys)
  

What Were Looking For

• Prior experience as a CFO
• Demonstrated ability to manage K-1s, taxes, and corporate compliance
• A calm, composed, and proactive communicator who brings clarity to complex issues
• Highly organized and comfortable working with minimal oversight
• Industry flexible
