We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our client's team located in Landisville, PA. This role involves a mix of in-office estimating, administrative tasks, and office support. If you are proactive, organized, and have a passion for improving business performance, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• In-office Estimating Tasks : Perform take-offs, proposals, submittals, and organize electronic files efficiently, seeking guidance when needed.
• Bid Tracking : Use spreadsheets or other software to track bids, and submit monthly or quarterly documentation (client names, project details, bid amounts, etc.).
• Project Analysis : Analyze project costs, billings, and net profit in QuickBooks, and report discrepancies.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of estimating experience.
