Salary: $23 per hour

Join our team as a Paid Human Resources Intern , where you'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop the skills needed to manage an HR department independently within just three months.

What Were Looking For:

• No prior experience required We provide comprehensive training and guidance.
• Background or interest in Human Resources through coursework, studies, or personal passion.
  
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and step into a leadership role.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on responsibilities.

What Youll Do:

• Collaborate with experienced senior administrators to learn all facets of HR management.
• Gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR processes.
• Gradually take on more responsibilities while mastering the skills needed to lead an HR department.
• Undergo a performance evaluation after three months to assess readiness for a Managerial position.
