Are you a great communicator who enjoys speaking with people? We're looking for part-time Call Center Representatives to join our fast-paced, goal-oriented team! No prior experience? No problem! Training is provided, and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls and provide accurate information to customers
Answer customer questions and direct them to the right resources
Keep detailed records of conversations and update the database
Work with management to meet quality and productivity goals
Generate at least 6 leads per day / 30 per week
Make a minimum of 350+ calls daily

What We're Looking For:
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✅ Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
✅ Basic computer skills and phone etiquette
✅ Bilingual candidates are a plus! (Not required)
