Orthopedic Spine Surgeon - Private Practice with Opportunity for ASC ownership

Interested applicants must possess an MD/DO degree, successfully completed a residency in orthopedics or neurosurgery. Orthopedic applicants must have completed a minimum of one year fellowship in spine surgery and be board certified or board eligible.

  • Operate at an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with opportunity for investment with flip rooms and ability to do multiple cases per day, maximizing your earning potential plus passive income from ASC investment
  • Interest in outpatient spine surgery is a plus
  • SIGN-ON BONUS
  • Base salary will be commensurate with experience and academic qualifications but sky is the limit as you will be busy with spine from the outset with PRODUCTIVITY BONUS, potential collections over $1.2 Million
  • FIRST YEAR INCOME GUARANTEE OF $400,000 and up to $900,000 with productivity take home money and loan forgiveness
  • Qualified candidates should have demonstrated a serious commitment to a high level of patient care and desire to grow an already well-established practice in the North Texas Area
  • START TIME: JANUARY TO SEPTEMBER 2025
