Established multi-specialty group of 75+ providers dedicated to meeting the healthcare needs of area residents throughout northern Indiana region serving a population of 220,000. The health network consists of both primary care and specialty providers, allowing them to offer the highest quality of care for a wide range of conditions. This health network is a physician-led, professionally managed organization.
