As an Entry-Level Originator, you’ll enter the world of private lending at one of the most active lenders in the country. You’ll be responsible for building your pipeline, closing deals, and becoming an expert in real estate finance—with full training and support from day one.

Whether you're fresh out of school or already have a taste for sales, this is your shot to build a lucrative book of business in an industry that rewards drive and hustle.

What You'll Do

• Source and close financing opportunities with real estate investors nationwide
• Pitch tailored loan products that match investment strategies (Fix & Flip, Bridge, Rental, etc.)
• Partner with underwriting to structure winning deals and guide them through closing
• Work both warm leads and outbound strategies to build a consistent pipeline
• Stay sharp on market trends, deal structures, and lending strategies

What You Bring

• Recent degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or similar—or sales experience
• Competitive mindset with a drive to win and a high tolerance for pressure
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Self-discipline and motivation to own your success in a remote setting
• Interest in real estate investing or private credit is a strong plus
