Job Title: Order PickerJob Description
As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for picking and preparing customer orders using pick lists. You will verify product codes, quantities, and packaging standards, and begin packing duties within 4–6 weeks of training. You are encouraged to ask questions, learn from your lead, and grow your skills. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential.
Responsibilities
Employees benefit from performance evaluations upon permanent placement, with an automatic 50-cent raise and potential for more. Additional paid time off can be earned based on accuracy and the number of orders picked. There are rewards for individual and team success, and training is provided for a variety of positions with the opportunity for pay increases based on versatility.
Work Environment
You will work in a large warehouse environment with approximately 40-45 employees. You will collaborate with 3-4 colleagues for unloading trucks. The warehouse is not temperature-controlled during the summer, so it can get warm. The dress code is casual, with a requirement for hard-toed shoes. The shift hours for order picking are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of starting as early as 8:30 AM during busy periods.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
