These roles require professionals with strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. Job Responsibilities: Maintain a strong security presence and enforce site policies Conduct routine patrols and monitor premises for suspicious activity Respond to incidents promptly and professionally Assist with access control and ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors Write detailed reports and document security events Qualifications Must be active or retired law enforcement. Strong observational and decision-making skills Ability to stand for long periods and conduct foot patrols Reliable, professional, and able to handle high-pressure situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills This position may require working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures. It involves standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, and lifting. Some positions may also require sitting in front of a computer or monitor for extended periods.
