Are you a passionate RN or LPN looking for a leadership role in a supportive, team-driven environment? Guggenheimer Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team, ensuring our residents receive exceptional care. This is a Monday-Friday shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise and guide a team of nursing professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Work with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and best practices.
Provide training and support to nursing staff, promoting their growth and success.
Foster a positive, collaborative environment for both staff and residents.
Who You Are:
A dedicated RN or LPN with an active, valid license.
A natural leader with experience in nursing supervision or a similar role.
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient care.
A strong communicator with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
Familiar with healthcare regulations and able to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Qualifications:
Currently licensed as LPN/RN in state.
One-year prior nursing management experience preferred.
Salary/ Wage Range
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
