Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established and growing medical practice in El Paso. This position is ideal for both experienced and new graduates, as training and ongoing support are provided. You can apply on our website or call us at 817-483-4300 for more information.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday.
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • No weekends.
  • No on-call responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $110,000 - $120,000 first-year salary - negotiable.
  • Full benefits package , including:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in a clinical setting.
  • Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Follow established clinical guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed or license-eligible Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Texas.
  • New graduates encouraged to apply — training provided.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a collaborative team.
