Your Role:
As an RN, you will lead nursing care by assessing residents’ health, making timely interventions, and overseeing the implementation of personalized care plans. You will provide direct supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and other staff, ensure compliance with pharmaceutical policies, and maintain professional documentation. Your communication and management skills will help foster a respectful, dignified care environment.
What We Value: - Valid Registered Nurse license with mid to senior-level nursing experience preferred.
