We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Front Desk Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and perform daily financial reconciliations. This role is responsible for greeting and assisting late-night guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, processing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries. The Night Auditor will balance and verify the accuracy of hotel accounts, prepare daily reports, and ensure all transactions comply with accounting and hotel policies. Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts are essential. Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservation needs during overnight hours. Perform nightly accounting functions, including balancing and posting room charges, payments, and other transactions. Generate and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain security and safety protocols during overnight shifts. Ensure front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. Coordinate with morning staff to ensure smooth shift transitions. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting, hospitality, or related field preferred. Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred, but not required. Basic understanding of accounting principles and cash-handling procedures. Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Knowledge of hotel operations, safety, and security procedures is a plus. Compensation: $11.50 - $14 hourly
