Job Description
Job Summary:
The NDT Tech’s role is to perform verification of in-process shop fabrication dimensions based on shop drawings and specifications. Also perform NDT procedures to include MT, UT, and RT testing as applicable.

Quality Standards
Must be able to read and understand codes, and specifications. Will ensure all inspections comply with applicable standards and specifications.
Teamwork
Teamwork is essential in this position and the NDT Technician must have a positive attitude and be able to work effectively with all departments, managers, and staff.
Actively participate in Safety meetings and promote company safety culture while working closely with the safety department.
Qualifications
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty above average and always represent the company in a professional manner. The requirements listed are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Must be able to communicate in a professional manner and show respect both orally or in written form effectively with co-workers, other departments, and managers.
Reporting
Reports directly to QC Lead and Shop Foreman.
