Monarch is Immediately Hiring a National Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead our crew based in the Lansing, Michigan area.

This position will entail travel throughout the Midwest for Monarch helping out at our apartment communities in Michigan and the surrounding states. 50% travel is to be expected nationwide.Check us out below and consider this your personal invitation to apply!

Pay: $65,000/Year
Schedule: Full Time - Year Round. Dayshift Hours.

 Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required

• HVAC EPA or CPO certification strongly preferred
• 7+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 5 years' in apartment maintenance
• Dry walling, including painting and carpentry
• Plumbing, including sweating copper pipe
• Electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures

Compensation and Benefits Available:

• Pay: $65,000/Year
• Yearly raises up to 5%
• 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a 3% matching component.
