Fast-growing private music school is looking for a 30-hour a week front desk team member to work at our Terre Haute studio on Wabash Avenue. If you love people, if you love kids, if you have a passion for doing a good job, then this is the job for you.
$14 an hour to start, with raises based on performance. 30 hour of PTO (paid time off) annually, starts after 90 days of employment. (Christmas and Thanksgiving are paid holidays.) Room for advancement to management position. Must have reliable transportation. Some nights and weekends are required.
No music or education experience is required.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00-8:00 pm. (When weekend hours are required, the employee's schedule is adjusted for more time off during the week.)

Job duties : -Answering phones (We're looking for the GOLDEN VOICE, that sounds amazing on the phone, with a great tone and excitement for our customers.)
-Great memory, with ability to remember lots of details.
-An ability to sell themselves as well as our services. Looking for someone with a great personality that is a "people person." If you hate sales, please do not apply. Selling our school on the phone to potential clients is one of the most important parts of this position.
-Registering clients.
-Processing clients (some computer skills are necessary, or the employee must be willing to learn.)
-Light cleaning.
-Communicating with teachers and clients.
-Interacting with customers.
-Minimal selling retail or Veritas instruments.
Administrative duties: -Scheduling.
-Stocking supplies.
-Sorting and sending email.
-Answering and following up phone calls.
-Greeting visitors.
Ideal qualifications and experiences: - Restaurant/hospitality.
-Phone customer support.
-Bank teller.
-Retail.
-Shipping center.
-Medical office.
-Salon.
-Any position that is fast-paced with a lot of interaction with the public.
