Welder

Join a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment as a welder specializing in Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel. In this role, you'll work with weld fixtures and weld symbols to complete high-volume units efficientlyaveraging 2,0002,500 welds per day. Your precision and consistency will directly support our high cosmetic welding standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel using fixtures and weld symbols.
• Load metal components onto fixtures, weld designated sections, and move units along to the next welder in the process.
• Ensure weld quality meets cosmetic and structural standards.
• Maintain productivity in a team-based weld-cell environment.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Pulse welding.
• Ability to read and interpret weld symbols accurately.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Strong memorization skills and attention to detail.

Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
