We provide guest logistics support to cruise ship lines. You will be working in what's called the "Guest Cruise Experience". The goal is to make our guests feel welcome and have fun. In the meantime, our employees usually have fun too. A busy cruise terminal is a fast paced, exciting place! Most of our agents make great memories and make some friends as well. You will be interacting with guests, answering their questions, and providing them with a great memory of their own.
Some of the tasks in this position will be greeting guests, checking in guests and directional guidance. Agents also assist airport and hotel guests with transfers.
