As an RN in our 53-bed unit, you’ll care for a diverse range of patients in adult cardiology and medical-surgical specialties, including pacemaker placements, CHF, ACS, telemetry monitoring, and chronic conditions like diabetes, COPD, and addiction. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care.
Relocation assistance available for nurses new to Legacy!
Provide direct, compassionate patient care while adhering to Legacy Health’s high standards for patient assessment, care delivery, and transfer.
Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care for every patient.
Advocate for patients by offering education and emotional support, helping them navigate their health journeys.
Leverage cutting-edge electronic health systems to accurately document patient information and provide seamless care.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program as required by licensure.
BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strongly preferred. We also consider RNs without a BSN based on clinical experience and with approval from the Chief Nursing Officer.
At least one year of nursing experience, or completion of the Legacy Health RN Residency program (or equivalent program).
Acute care experience preferred, this unit will train nurses that have a strong desire to learn and grow.
Skills & Qualities:
Ability to navigate and utilize electronic health systems.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA).
