Northpark Animal Hospital , located in the heart of the “Livable Forest” of Kingwood, TX, is seeking a Medical Director/Managing DVM to lead our exceptional team as we grow into our next chapter. • Over 4,500 sq ft facility

• Full in-house lab, DR radiology, DR dental radiology, tonometry
• Two ultrasound machines
• Dedicated dental suite with high-speed Midmark VetPro 1000
• Flexible & rigid endoscopy, CO2 insufflator
• Gas sterilizer, electrosurgical unit, and isoflurane anesthesia
• Supportive, loyal client base that values education and preventive care
• Clinic hours built for work-life balance: 4-day work week + rotating half-day Saturdays

As Our Medical Director, You Will:

• Lead medical protocols and ensure top-tier clinical care
• Collaborate with leadership and influence hospital growth
• Mentor associates and technicians, fostering a culture of learning and support
• Champion patient care standards, client communication, and team morale
• Enjoy both clinical and strategic leadership responsibilities with autonomy
