Material Science Engineer Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Materials Science/Engineering.
- 3+ years in materials R&D, composites, or insulation.
- Hands-on experience with material testing and characterization.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in aerospace/automotive insulation or fireproofing.
- Knowledge of coating technologies, polymer formulations, or industrial textile processes.
- Familiarity with FEA/CFD thermal analysis tools.
