Coradi Contracting is looking for a Master Tile Setter who brings elite-level skill to residential bathrooms and walk-in showers. If you take ownership of your craft, know how to deliver luxury results, and understand that the details make the difference youre exactly who we want.

Position Overview

Youll be responsible for installing custom tiled showers, floors, walls, niches, benches, and full bathroom layouts at a senior, expert level.
You must be highly knowledgeable in Schluter waterproofing systems how to prep, waterproof, and build a flawless foundation before a single tile goes up.

This is not entry-level. This is precision work for a precision craftsman .

Responsibilities

• Install high-end residential tile with perfect layout, symmetry, and finishing.

• Prepare, waterproof, and detail showers using Schluter systems with complete accuracy.

• Maintain an exceptionally clean jobsite and deliver a great client experience.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and crew to stay on schedule and aligned.

Requirements

• 710+ years of professional residential tile setting experience (custom showers required).

• Strong proficiency with Schluter waterproofing systems (Kerdi boards, membranes, pans, drains, etc.).

• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and cleanly.

• Must live on the Southside of Hampton Roads (VB, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk).

• Valid drivers license .

• Ability to pass a background check .

• Professionalism, reliability, and pride in your craftsmanship.
