Position Overview The Market Visual Merchandiser manages brand visual standards across multiple retail and wholesale locations in a designated market. Based in Miami Design District, supporting nearby stores, ensuring visual consistency and enhancing customer experience. Reports to the Store Manager, with a dotted line to the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager, overseeing approximately three stores in Miami, Bal Harbour, and Boca Raton. Your Impact Visual Merchandising Execution Implement and maintain visual directives, including window displays, mannequins, and product presentation, aligned with brand standards. Update displays seasonally and for campaigns. Create engaging product displays to boost customer engagement and sales. Collaborate with management on visual adjustments to drive business. Market Support Regularly visit stores to assess and improve visual standards. Train store teams on VM best practices for consistency. Provide feedback on store performance and needs. Collaboration & Communication Align merchandising strategies with business goals through partnership with store teams. Share VM strategies and organize store floor moves and displays. Train store staff on visual standards and policies. Coordinate with regional and corporate VM teams on campaigns. Share insights on client behavior and visual opportunities. Participate in store visits and walkthroughs with corporate VM team. Operational & Reporting Complete visual updates on time. Maintain VM tools and supplies. Document visits with reports and photos. Professional Conduct & Teamwork Contribute to team goals and maintain a positive environment. Adhere to company policies and standards of professionalism. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Merchandising, Fashion, Design, Marketing, or related field, or relevant experience with portfolio. Minimum 3 years retail visual merchandising experience, preferably in multi-store roles, with luxury retail preferred. Willingness to travel up to 50%, flexible schedule including weekends and evenings. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and visual merchandising tools. Ability to lift and set up displays and props physically.
