YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

The Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing the floor of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding guest service and managing the floor staff
• Hire, train, coach, develop and motivate staff
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager with a full-service restaurant and bar
• Demonstrates a growth mindset, actively seeks feedback, and strives for continuous improvement
• High-energy with a positive outlook - able to serve with a smile even during busy meal periods
• Inspires and leads with a people-first attitude, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences with commitment to service excellence
• Able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
