• Deliver and collect laboratory, office, and shop equipment and supplies.
• Use pallet jacks, carts, dollies, and other material handling equipment.
• Take physical inventories and maintain inventory records.
• Enter and retrieve data using computerized systems.
• Operate communication systems such as phones and computers.
• Review packing slips and bills of lading for accuracy and completeness.
• Scan documents and verify data accuracy.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance on equipment.

• Experience working in a lab or medical environment.
• Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
• Experience delivering mail, packages, or equipment.

• Material handling and inventory tracking.
• Data entry and computer operation.
• Document verification and scanning.

• Communication and teamwork.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
