Job Description

Shift: 3rd shift, graveyard (shift begins: 10pm)

Purpose:

Perform production activities that require the operation of machinery and equipment and understand the production process and the quality goals of the company. Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performs highly routine and respective production activities
2. Loads materials and unload products from production line and equipment
3. Understands and adheres all safety procedure
4. Informs appropriate personnel of material and equipment problem
5. Maintains simple logs of completed work
6. Knows your customer's expectations and drive section to meet them
7. Strong hands-on experience in Surface Mount Technology
8. Performs setup and runs the SMT Machines
9. Reads work instructions and C-CAM

Job Qualifications:

Education: Secondary, High School

Experience: 1+ years manufacturing experience

Required Skill: Machines related to manufacturing

Job Competencies:

1. Must be able to read and work with instructions
2. Team work
