Core Medical-Perm is seeking a LPN / LVN Home Health for a job in Aurora, Colorado.

Job Description & Requirements

$2,000 sign on bonus

  REQUIRED

\t
• Current State Issued Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license\t
• Current First Aid and BLS certifications are required prior to hire.  Acceptable vendors for certification are American Heart Association and Red Cross. \t
• Personal transportation, valid state issued driver's license, good driving record and auto insurance as required by law.\t
• High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED

\t
• 3+ yrs as LPN in a clinic or long term care setting with geriatrics experience\t
• Knowledge of medications used in the treatment of geriatrics
