Join Our Team as a Local CDL B Driver – Holland, MI

This position involves local, touch freight with shifts primarily from 6:30/7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. ** Compensation

• $24.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
• Overtime pay after 40 hours, paid bi-weekly
• Pay range: $25.00/hour

** What You’ll Do

• Operate a CDL B flatbed truck with automatic transmission, Moffett, laddervator, and box trucks
• Make 4–6 stops daily, delivering shingles, windows, doors, siding, and related materials
• Safely lift up to 90 lbs regularly, including heavy shingles
• Work with an assigned helper for offloading shingles on rooftops
• Maintain safety protocols according to DOT and company standards
• Participate in warehouse duties: loading, unloading, pulling orders, and warehouse upkeep
• Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely completion of routes
• Support local deliveries within a 50-mile radius of the branch

** Schedule

• Hourly commitment: 6:30/7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• Overtime: 2–5 hours per week as needed
• End of year shutdown with pay

** What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of CDL B driving experience
• Valid CDL B license
• Experience in delivery and warehouse operations
• Hands-on loading/unloading experience
• Forklift and Moffett experience preferred (training provided)
• Clean background with no recent felonies or disqualifying violations
• No recent major traffic violations or accidents (specific criteria apply)
