Overview We are a growing mortgage team looking for an organized, detail-driven Operations Coordinator / Loan Officer Assistant to help keep our loans — and clients — on track from application to closing. If you love checklists, staying one step ahead, and making complex things run smoothly, we’d love to meet you. This role supports a Senior Mortgage Banker and is critical to ensuring an efficient, well-communicated, and smooth client experience. You will manage files, coordinate communication, and help improve workflows and systems. Mortgage experience is required. Key Responsibilities Track and manage loan files from pre-approval through closing Gather, organize, and upload client documents in Encompass Prepare disclosures and assist with running DU/LP Follow up with clients, realtors, and team members via phone, email, and text Support marketing efforts using tools like Total Expert Improve workflows and help create standard operating procedures (SOPs) Coordinate internal operations and occasional business events Requirements Must live within commuting distance of Chesterfield, MO (in-office required) Incredibly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Strong communication skills — professional, friendly, and clear Comfortable learning new software and digital tools Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Mortgage experience required Why Join Us?
