Responsibilities • Obtaining a CA State Life and Health License - required part of the program
• Educating potential clients on the products and services we offer at Mass Mutual
• Growing a Network and Attending Community Events
• Prospecting for new Clients in various social and Networking groups
• Customizing strategies for Clients
• Using social media and other marketing tools to Prospect (FB Business and LinkedIn)
• Building long-term relationships with clients and keeping relationships strong through consistent correspondence
• Use the CRM database to organize your business and do a Relationship Marketing program through digital mailers
Qualifications • Social nature, with the ability to form long-lasting relationships
• Networking Mentality and Creative Marketing Strategies
• Great Communication Skills - both verbal and written
• Will Learn Recruiting of Advisors
• Works well independently and as part of a Team
• Sales or Business experience is a definite plus, but not required
• Integrity and the Motivation to Help People and make their lives better
• Disciplined to attend weekly meetings and classes
• Strong focus on sticking to an organized Calendar
• Bilingual and Cultural Experience is a definite plus
