Summary In collaboration with and in support of the firm’s strategic initiatives, this position will work closely with the talent acquisition team to provide the needed clerical and administrative support on entry level recruitment activities. Location This position can sit in our New York, Boston, Los Angeles, San Diego, or Washington DC office and offers a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities Provides support with respect to law school recruiting efforts nationally. Coordinates law school outreach efforts which includes liaising with student groups, event preparation, and attending events as needed. Assists with OCI and 1L recruiting seasons which include reviewing applications, tracking, scheduling interviews, and preparing feedback files. Prepares for and supports summer programs. Maintains files and processes due diligence for summer and fall candidates. Processes expenses. Desired Skills Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills required to interact with staff on a regular basis. Strong organizational and time management skills necessary to coordinate various programs and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous attention to detail. Minimum Education High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience Up to one year of experience working in an administrative support role, supporting the full recruitment and selection cycle. Working knowledge in MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with an ATS database (such as Workday) preferred. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
