Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (L&D) Location: Manahawkin, NJ 08050
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Duration: 13 Weeks (High potential for extension)
Compensation: - Local Candidates: $1,700 - $1,900 weekly gross
- Travel Candidates: $2,000 - $2,400 weekly gross

Manahawkin, NJ is seeking an experienced
Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit. This role involves comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care.
Key Responsibilities: - Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs
- Perform assessments and determine care priorities through planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans based on patient condition and medical diagnosis
- Conduct therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care
- Document care activities in accordance with clinical standards and protocols
- Advocate for evidence-based practices and contribute to improvements in care delivery
- Provide compassionate, patient-focused care in line with nursing best practices
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
- Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Certifications (Required Prior to Start): - Active NJ RN license or multi-state compact RN license
- BLS Certification - American Heart Association
