Key Qualifications:

• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media platforms.
• People Skills: Strong ability to engage with clients at all levels, from HR to C-suite executives.
• Transportation: Must have a car and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

• Full Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from sourcing candidates through cold calls, job boards, and social networking to closing deals.
• Client Engagement: Meet prospective clients via phone, video, and in-person to assess their needs and introduce them to our services.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clients, ensuring their hiring expectations are exceeded.
• Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters to prepare candidates for interviews and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Team Participation: Engage in daily team meetings to discuss active requirements and strategize on potential closes.
