We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Full Stack Software Developer to join our team as a full-time employee. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong foundation in software development principles, a willingness to learn new technologies, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, agile environment.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and hands-on experience in the full software development lifecycle — from design and development to testing and deployment — while contributing to meaningful projects that support our organization’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
· Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level web applications.
· Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices.
· Support the testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of application features and enhancements.
· Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives within defined timelines.
· Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile sprint activities.
· Maintain documentation for assigned development work and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
· Proven experience (2+ Years) as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on C# and JavaScript
· Experience with one or more front-end tools such as ASP.NET, Razor Pages, Vue and ReactJS
· Familiarity with modern web frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET Core).
· Experience with writing effective APIs.
· Knowledge of TDD methodologies and SOLID principles.
· Experience with database systems (SQL Server, NoSQL, etc.)
· Take ownership and pride in your work
The preferred applicant will possess the following skill set:
· Familiarity with ASP.NET Core and API development.
· Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS .
· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
· Experience in the Insurance , Finance , or E-commerce industries.
