We’re growing fast and looking for driven  Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)who thrive on prospecting, cold-calling, and building new business relationships.

About the Role

This is a  commission-only role with an  aggressive commission structure —meaning the harder you hustle, the more you earn. Every qualified lead you bring in that converts into a paying client translates directly into your commission.

As an SDR at Perlow Productions, you’ll:

• Cold-call, email, and prospect new potential clients across industries.
• Identify decision-makers (marketing directors, CEOs, and business owners) and start meaningful conversations.
• Actively listen to prospects’ challenges and frame Perlow’s video production solutions around their goals.
• Research target companies to personalize outreach and pitch with precision.
• Log outreach activity and track lead progress from prospect to conversion.
