Job Title: Intern - Event Focus

Pay: $15/hour + $5 per qualified lead generated

Our State Farm agency is seeking a motivated event intern to help lead and manage community outreach events, especially during the busy summer months. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized, and wants hands-on experience in a professional environment.

What You'll Do:

• Plan, set up, and run community events to promote the agency
• Engage with the public to generate interest and leads
• Track leads and report event outcomes to the office team
• Assist with general office tasks as needed

Details:

• Part-time to start, with potential to move into a full-time role
• Flexible hours depending on event schedules
