What You'll Do:

• Develop tailored insurance solutions for individuals, families, and businesses
• Generate and follow up with leads (we provide them!)
• Present quotes and close sales confidently
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Participate in daily team huddles and sales coaching sessions

What Were Looking For:

• A valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one)
• Previous sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ethical mindset
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships

What We Offer:

Highly Competitive Compensation Plan

Base salary starting at $37,000

Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses (first-year agents can earn $100K+)
